At PVASmart, we stand behind the quality of our accounts. We offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee for all purchases. If any account is not working upon delivery or has issues within 48 hours, we will replace it free of charge.

Eligible for Replacement

• Accounts that don't work upon delivery
• Accounts banned within 48 hours due to our verification methods
• Accounts with incorrect login credentials
• Missing email access or recovery information

Not Eligible for Replacement

• Accounts banned due to customer misuse or platform policy violations
• Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
• Accounts that have been modified by the customer
• Issues caused by using low-quality proxies or VPNs

How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order details
• Description of the issue
• Screenshots showing the problem (if applicable)

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to provide working replacements within 24 hours of your request
• The entire order was not delivered as promised
• Technical issues on our end prevent account delivery

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
